- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

- Domestic (Within India): 5-7 business days.
- International: 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on all domestic orders over INR 1000.
- International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
No Returns and Exchange option for International orders.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Process:
- Contact us at support@tamashaclothing.in to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Costs:
Returns and exchanges within India are free of charge.
International Returns and Exchanges: We cover the cost of returns and exchanges from outside India. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchange Process
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, follow the same process as a return. Subject to stock availability, we will ship your new item once the original is received and inspected.
