Cancellation & Refund Policy
While most items have a 7-day return period in which they can be returned for a refund or replacement, individual product categories may have varied return policies. You may return a damaged or incorrectly ordered item to us, and we will send you an identical or suitable replacement. Please contact us by email at tamashaclothing@gmail.com If the goods is not in the same condition as when it was delivered with the bill and price tag, we will be unable to accept the return.
Returns in case of customised garments or adult garments
All purchases are final; there are no returns or exchanges. Except for damaged items, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any purchases.
Reporting Defective Items: Please contact our customer care within three days of receiving any defective goods. Please be aware that reports of faults submitted after this time will not be taken into account.
Order cancellations: You must cancel an order within six hours of placing it if you wish to cancel. After this window, we won't be able to comply with cancellation requests.
