Shipping Policy

Global Delivery: We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Explore our exquisite handblock prints no matter where you are.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Time:
Domestic (Within India): 5-7 business days.
International: 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs:
Free shipping on all domestic orders over INR 1000.
International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

No Returns and Exchange option for International orders.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Process:

Contact us at support@tamashaclothing.in to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Costs:

Returns and exchanges within India are free of charge.

International Returns and Exchanges: We cover the cost of returns and exchanges from outside India. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, follow the same process as a return. Subject to stock availability, we will ship your new item once the original is received and inspected.
